Hijabellé – Returns & Refund Policy

At Hijabellé, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your order, we offer a simple and transparent return process for customers within the United Arab Emirates. Please review our return policy carefully before submitting a request.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • Original tags must be attached and undamaged.
  • Worn, washed, or altered items will not be accepted.
  • Returns valid only for orders delivered within the UAE.

How to Return

  1. Contact Us: Email info.hijabelle@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Return Authorisation: Our team will review your request and send instructions.
  3. Shipping the Return: Pack the item securely and ship to the provided address. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Return Processing Fee

A AED 5.00 processing fee will be deducted from approved refunds. This fee does not apply to faulty or incorrect items.

14-Day Return Window After Authorisation

Once authorised, returns must be shipped within 14 calendar days. Email your tracking number to info.hijabelle@gmail.com. If tracking isn’t received within 14 days, the return authorisation may expire.

Refunds

  • Refunds issued after inspection via the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • A AED 5.00 processing fee applies to non-faulty returns.

Exchanges

Exchanges are not currently available. Please place a new order for a different item and return the original.

Cancellations

Orders cannot always be cancelled once processing begins. For changes or cancellations, contact us within 24 hours at info.hijabelle@gmail.com.

Liability Disclaimer

Hijabellé is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by courier services after dispatch. Customers should contact the courier directly for delivery issues. We do not provide transit insurance.

Damaged or Defective Items

All items are hand-checked for quality before dispatch. If an item arrives damaged, contact info.hijabelle@gmail.com within 7 days for review. Eligible items will be replaced or refunded in full.
